Here are some ways to clean your nose:

1. Use a nasal saline spray: A regular nasal saline spray should be sufficient for simply removing dirt from the inside of your nose. Spray the saline into your nose. Allow it to drip back down. Gently blow your nose into a tissue to remove loosened dirt and mucus.

2. Use a nasal wash: A nasal wash can help remove the debris and mucous from your nose. You can simply buy a saline solution from a medical store and use it to clean out the bacteria, allergens, and germs. You can also try and use a nasal spray.

3. Use a bulb syringe or neti pot: In order to rinse your nose effectively with the salt solution, you will need a bulb syringe or neti pot. Here are the steps:

- Stand with your head over a sink or in the shower and tilt your head to one side.
- Using a squeeze bottle, bulb syringe, or neti pot, pour or squeeze the saline solution slowly into the upper nostril.
- Allow the solution to pour out your other nostril and into the drain .

4. Use cotton swabs: With a cotton swab and warm, mildly salty water you can clean your nose without risk of scratching or cutting and you will not damage the sensitive membranes.

I hope this helps!
