To feather the edges of an image in Photoshop, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your image in Photoshop.
2. Using any selection tool (Marquee tool, Lasso tool, Magic Wand), select the area whose edge you want to feather.
3. Go to ‘Select’ > ‘Modify’ > ‘Feather’.
4. In the Feather dialog box, enter a value for the feather radius and click OK.
5. Add a layer mask to the image layer.
6. Adjust the opacity of the layer mask as needed.

Another way is to select the area you want to feather with a selection tool, such as the Quick Selection tool, and then choose Select and Mask from the options bar. In the Properties panel, use the Feather slider to adjust the blur effect on the layer mask. You can also use the Pen tool to draw a precise path around the area you want to feather .
