To find a case number, you can use the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) service. You can also visit the Clerk’s Office of the courthouse where the case was filed. Federal case files are maintained electronically and are available through the internet-based Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) service.

If you have your case receipt number, you can check your case status using USCIS's online tool. The receipt number consists of three letters followed by 10 numbers.
